Monitoring system
The monitoring equipment allows for full automation of the foam formation process. It continuously measures the density of granulate being foamed, and automatically changes the operating parameters of the foam formation machine to obtain required density if any deviations from the set value occur.
Thanks to the use of the monitoring system it is possible to decrease the time of overseeing the foam formation process by the operator.
