1. Purpose
The milling machine is designed for milling the edges of boards made of expanded polystyrene. Thickness of milled boards: 40 – 200mm. The design of the milling machine ensures fast adaptation of machine settings when changing the thickness of milled boards.

3. The design
The device is made on a solid frame. The drivers installed on the conveyor for boards are used for feeding the boards. The conveyor for boards consists of two parts connected with a transmission. Cutting saws are arranged on both sides of the two parts. After passing through both cutting sections, the board enters the ejecting section. In package ejector the board is moved up by a servo. After reaching a fixed height, a pack of boards ready to be packaged is pushed out onto the output table into the packaging machine. The cuttings are broken up in side crushers, installed on the frame of the milling machine, and transported with a fan into the silo for regranulate.
